IT’SUGAR takes candy, and turns it into an experience. World's Largest Box of nerds candy, corporate gifts and novelty items in one place. IT’SUGAR is the latest creation of Jeffrey Rubin. As a 21 year veteran of the candy business, Jeff Rubin’s creation include Dylan’s Candy Bar (which he founded with Ralph Lauren’s daughter, Dylan), FAO Schweetz, an ice cream bar inside FAO Schwarz; and Candy Land, a confectionary department within the Toys ‘R’ Us store in Times Square, New York City.

- Assisted in development of IT’SUGAR logo, marketing material, store development, product selection, and buying and merchandising.
- Participated in development of branding strategy and development of store display and design.
- Took part in development of ideas and catch phrases for private label and product concepts for the stores.
Resourceful
- Used extensive research and sourcing skills to make valuable introductions to new businesses, ex. Found the company who creates unique and proprietary candy bins that look like glass but are actually acrylic. Made the introduction to a unique musician who wrote proprietary candy wrap songs for IT’SUGAR.
- Responsible for buying of gift, licensed product, and novelties for both stores as well as selling strategies.
- Facilitated program to ship US candy product to the UK for the opening of Selfridge’s UK. Coordinated with Selfridges to provide vendors ingredient information for approval to abide by EU Standards as well as provide assistance with the shipping and exporting program.

Helped create the style guides, artwork, graphics and implement the use of style guide to create Private Label products with outside vendors, in-store graphics and signage.
